Breeding conditions:

All Kittiwakes in a small colony (about 100 pairs) in the eastern part of the bay gave up breeding, but Snag and Great Cormorant succesfully bred there in small numbers - 2-3 pairs each. Rough-legged Buzzard bred. Wader occurred in usual numbers, including breeding Oystercatchers, Ringed Plovers, Wood Sandpipers and temminck's Stints.
 

Rodent dynamics:

Grey-sided Voles occurred locally and in low numbers, based on catches with cylinders (500 cylinder/nights).
